Nexion Your Way allows you to build the package that works best for you. You choose your plan and select the appropriate add-on options. You can change plans and add-on options at any time to meet your changing business needs. Changes take effect on the first of the month and require a 30-60 day advanced notice.

**Annual Performance Dividend
All single-agent accounts on Nexion 100, 90, 80 or Nexion PowerUP! can earn an annual performance dividend representing a discount off monthly fees.
- Performance Dividend: If an agent earns more than $10,000 annually in total gross income, the agent will earn a performance dividend of $120.
- Performance Plus Dividend: If an agent earns more than $40,000 annually in total gross income, the agent will earn a performance plus dividend of $240.
Dividends are paid to members who are active at time of payout; payout is the month following the qualifying member’s yearly anniversary date with Nexion. Total gross income is based on gross commissions, service fees and reported rebating in the non-ARC tool before commission split.
